Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been delivered.

Service Fees

Service fees are subject to work already completed. Refund eligibility, if any, is determined based on:

• Stage of service
• Work already rendered
• Agreed service scope

Digital Products

All digital products are non-refundable due to their downloadable nature.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

No refunds are issued for:

• Visa or work permit refusals
• Delays by immigration authorities
• Client failure to provide required documents
